We are proud to announce the establishment of PRUSS Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong as the holding company for our activities across Asia.
This strategic structure is strengthened by two key subsidiaries:
PRUSS China ltd. – our manufacturing operation, ensuring high-quality production and operational excellence.
PRUSS Shanghai ltd. – our sales joint venture, dedicated to serving customers and expanding our presence in the Chinese market.
The creation of this group structure marks an important step in our international growth strategy, combining manufacturing expertise, local market knowledge, and a strong platform for future development.
